Thursday, November 5. A rainy day in New York. We leave this afternoon from JFK direct to Tokyo Narita airport - a scheduled 14 hour flight. It will be Friday night when we arrive. A brief stay in Tokyo and then Sunday morning we leave for Kyoto.
I wasn't sure that I would do a blog this trip. And I'm still not. But it is set up and if and when the spirit moves I will share some observations about our experiences over the next 12 days. And maybe a photo or two.
